The Simple Times as book?

Several people have suggested that we should publish the Simple Times as book. In case this idea gets realized and the book gets published, it will contain all issues of the Simple Times that have been published thus far (20 issues). As a result, the book will get 360 pages, plus an index.
To convince publishers that it will be worthwhile to publish the Simple Times as book, we need an indication on how many people would be interested in buying such book. Since the Simple Times will remain to be available via the web, publishers would also like to know the maximum price people are willing to pay for the book.
